自行车是我局第九厂的主要产品，过去由于该厂在技术管理上工作较差，造成自行车质量低劣，会受到各方的批评，在这次质量大检查运动中，该厂为提高产品质量，会徵求用户意见，并检查在加工上及设计上的缺点，初步的提出一些关键问题，刊载在本刊第二期第一页，本局技术处为了早日解决该厂的产品质量问题，会派遣由四位技术人员组成工作的小组，帮助该厂改进设计图纸，质量标准及热处理设备等问题，工作小组的田旭东同志所提出之各项改进是否正确，希读者加以研究！
