目的:评价支气管哮喘患儿使用布地奈德干粉吸入剂后肺功能的改善。方法:分别测定确诊支气管哮喘患儿治疗前后 的肺功能,按随机分为两组即治疗组62例(布地奈德干粉吸入),对照组36例(静脉注射支气管扩张剂和中剂量肾上腺糖皮质激 素)。结果:近期疗效两组临床症状、体征和肺功能的改善相似,6～18月后治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:布地奈德干粉吸入剂治 疗儿童支气管哮喘能明显改善肺功能。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the improvement of lung function in children with bronchial asthma after using budesonide dry powder inhaler. Methods: The lung function of children diagnosed with bronchial asthma before and after treatment were measured and randomly divided into two groups (62 cases in the treatment group) (inhalation of budesonide dry powder) and 36 cases in the control group (bronchodilator and middle dose glucocorticoid hormone). Results: The curative effect of the two groups had similar clinical symptoms, signs and improvement of lung function in the short term. The treatment group was superior to the control group after 6 ~ 18 months. Conclusions: Budesonide dry powder inhaler for children with bronchial asthma can significantly improve lung function.
