本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对武汉光谷足球队退出中超所暴露出的中国足球监管制度的漏洞和弊端进行研究,具体表现在球员转会、竞赛规则、处罚程序、申诉渠道方面存在的缺失。建议进一步完善法律法规:加强程序制度建设;成立中国职业足球联盟;引入上诉委员会会制度或听证会制度。
This paper studies the loopholes and malpractices of the Chinese football regulatory system exposed by the Wuhan Optics Valley soccer team withdrew from the Super League by using the methods of literature review, expert interview and logical analysis, which are specifically reflected in the player transfer, competition rules, Punishment procedures, complaints channels exist in the absence. Suggestions to further improve laws and regulations: to strengthen the procedural system; the establishment of China Professional Football League; the introduction of the Appeal Board system or hearing system.
