本院1980～1981年收治Ⅱ～Ⅲ期宫颈癌38例,采用单纯放疗18例,加温合并放射治疗20例。两组年龄36～70岁,病理均为鳞癌。全部按宫颈癌国际临床标准分期,加热组中Ⅱ期17例,Ⅲ期3例,单放组中Ⅱ期17例,Ⅲ期1例。 两组均用~(60)钴外照射,设12×14cm对穿两野。加热组总量55～60Gy/6～7周,单放组总量50Gy/6～7周。 单放组内照射用深部X线,总量60～90Gy/2周。
From 1980 to 1981, 38 patients with stage II-III cervical cancer were treated in this hospital. 18 cases were treated with radiotherapy alone, and 20 cases were treated with warming combined with radiotherapy. Two groups aged 36 to 70 years old, pathological squamous cell carcinoma. According to the international clinical criteria for cervical cancer, 17 cases were in the heating group, 3 in the III stage, and 17 in the stage II and 1 in the stage III. In both groups, external cobalt (60) cobalt was used to expose 12 × 14 cm pairs of two fields. Heating group total 55 ~ 60Gy / 6 ~ 7 weeks, single release group total 50Gy / 6 ~ 7 weeks. In the radiotherapy group, the deep X-rays for internal irradiation were applied, and the total amount was 60 to 90 Gy/2 weeks.
