本文通过文献资料、实地调查、访谈、矛盾分析、逻辑推理等方法从人文地理视角下对云南人口最少的少少数民族——独龙族体育文化圈的各个要素进行研究,得出独龙族体育文化圈内各个要素:体育项目、心理品质、体质都有着显著的“水火交融”特质:尚力、勇猛、激情而不乏柔美、内敛、传情。这源于独龙族特殊的自然地理环境与人文社会环境的共同作用。这些独龙族的特质与中华民族传统的“能屈能伸”“刚柔并济”“内方外圆”等儒道文化和心理品质有着异曲同工的契合。
In this paper, the various elements of the sports culture circle of Dulong nationality, the minority nationality with the least population in Yunnan, are studied from the perspective of human geography through literature, field investigation, interview, contradiction analysis and logical reasoning. Within the various elements: sports, psychological quality, physique have a significant “blend of water and fire” Traits: Shang Li, brave, passion and no shortage of soft, introverted, teaser. This stems from the unique Dragon Dragon natural geographical environment and the humanities and social environment together. These Dulong people have the same characteristics as the traditional Chinese culture of Confucianism, Taoism and Daoism, the rigid and supple people, the inner square and the outer circle of Confucianism, and other psychological qualities.
