在全球经济不景气和产业结构转型的新形势下,开始倒逼钢铁产业转型和增效。面对这种“新常态”下的钢铁行业困境,传统的国有企业开始思考如何加快人力资源改革和优化,从而适应“新常态”经济竞争。对比,本文针对当前的钢铁行业形势,就如何做好安钢人力资源改革提出几点意见。
Under the new situation of the global economic downturn and industrial restructuring, the transformation and efficiency of the steel industry have begun to be reversed.
