The method for determination of hydrazine was as follows: Methanol-water (1:1) was used as the mobile phase, and the stationary phase was CLC-ODS (5u). The biological sample was precipitated with methanol and the supernatant was directly sampled for determination. The chromatogram basically meets the experimental requirements and the recovery rate is above 98%. Dogs were injected intravenously with 11.25 mg/kg Paeoniflorin. The product quickly appeared in the urine. Accumulative excretion within the first 20 min and 7 h respectively accounted for 36.85% and 79.3% of the dose.
