Determination of quinolones such as ofloxacin in aqueous solution by ion-suppressed chromatography. Chromatographic data were processed by error back propagation algorithm in artificial neural network, and satisfactory results were obtained, which provided a promising new technology for chromatographic quantitative analysis.
