土地革命时期,中华苏维埃共和国在各苏区实行的民主制度,具有鲜明的时代特征。它是反对国民党反动独裁政权,凝聚苏区人民力量、感召白区人民的一面光辉旗帜;是党组织和发动群众,深入开展土地革命,夺取武装革命胜利的锐利武器。至今,对我国基层政权的民主制度建设仍具重要借鉴意义。 During the Agrarian Revolution, the democratic system practiced by the Soviet Republic of China in the Soviet areas was characterized by its distinctive features of the times. It is a glorious banner opposing the Kuomintang’s reactionary and dictatorial regime, pooling the power of the people of the Soviet area and appealing to the people in the White areas. It is also a sharp weapon for the party organization and mobilizing the masses to carry out the agrarian revolution and seize victory in the armed revolution. Up to now, it still has important reference to the building of the democratic system of the grass-roots political power in our country.
