自20世纪90年代以来,成长记录袋作为评价的基础在西方诸多国家得到了越来越多的运用,我国广大沿海及发达地区也陆续引进。在教育水平相对落后的西部地区由于多方面的原因还有一定的差距。传统的英语测试注重甄别和排序,追求易实施,强调知识的死记硬背,未能起到培养学生外语学习的自信心、应用能力等作用,因而造成学生在英语学习上的自信心不足,动机不强,以及各方面能力的不平衡发展。本文针对这些弊端,结合学生成长记录袋评价在应用过程当高中学生的积极参与的优点,分析了成长记录袋尤其是理想型成长记录袋在使用中应注意的问题,提出了应该以及如何在英语学习中充分利用成长记录袋来评价、激励学生学习英语,提高教学质量。

The vast coastal areas and developed regions of our country have also introduced one after another. In the western region where education level is relatively backward, there is still a certain gap due to many reasons. In view of these drawbacks, this paper combines the advantages of students ’growth record bags in the application of high school students’ active participation, analyzes the problems that should be paid attention to when using growth record bags, especially ideal growth record bags, Learning to make full use of the growth record bag to evaluate, motivate students to learn English, improve teaching quality.
