目的:探讨超声影像特征与乳腺肿块的良恶性之间的鉴别诊断价值,以提高和改善高频彩超诊断乳腺癌的准确性。方法:对2012年3月~2014年3月来我院急诊的180例乳腺肿块患者术前常规进行彩超检查,应用半定量方法确定肿块的大小、形态、部位、边界、有无包膜、内部回声、有无后方衰减及钙化点、腋窝淋巴结有无肿大等参数,并定量检测观察肿块的周边及内部血流分布情况。对收集的数据采用软件进行逐步判别分析。结果:乳腺良性肿块呈现形态规则、有包膜及边界清晰、内部回声均匀、后方回声改变为回声增强或无改变,而恶性肿块呈现形态不规则、包膜及边界不清、有毛刺或蟹足、内部回声不均匀、后方回声衰减等方面,与良性肿瘤特征具有明显差异。结论:乳腺癌的超声影像形态学特征与乳腺肿块分类识别间存在关联,高频彩超有助于乳腺癌早期诊断。

Results: Breast benign tumors showed morphological regularity with clear envelope and border, uniform internal echo, enhanced echo or no change in posterior echogenicity, and malignant tumor with irregular shape, uncleaved envelope and border, burr or crab foot , Internal echo is not uniform, echo attenuation behind and so on, with the characteristics of benign tumors have significant differences. Conclusion: There is a correlation between the morphological features of breast ultrasound and the classification of breast masses. High frequency ultrasound is helpful for the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
