目的建立保健食品中非法添加的12种镇静安神类化学药物的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法以Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为分离柱;甲醇-乙腈-0.5%甲酸(28∶14∶58)为流动相;检测波长为230 nm,分离12种镇静安神类化学药物,用二极管阵列检测器(DAD)扫描光谱进行确证。结果 12种镇静安神类化学药物实现了同时分离与专属性鉴别,在相应的浓度范围具有良好线性关系(r≥0.999),回收率在94.2%~101.7%之间,检出限为0.612 ng~12.0 ng,定量限为1.52 ng~33.6 ng。利用本法从11批样品中检出2批非法添加化学药物。结论本方法准确、灵敏、快速,可用于保健食品中非法添加的12种镇静安神类化学药物的定性筛查和定量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 12 sedative and tranquilizing drugs illegally added in health food by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The mobile phase was Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-acetonitrile-0.5% formic acid (28:14:58) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Twelve tranquilizers Chemical drugs, confirmed with a diode array detector (DAD) scan spectrum. Results A total of 12 sedative and sedative chemotherapeutic agents were isolated and identified at the same time with a good linear relationship (r ≥ 0.999) in the corresponding concentration ranges. The recoveries ranged from 94.2% to 101.7% with a detection limit of 0.612 ng ~ 12.0 ng, and the limit of quantification was 1.52 ng ~ 33.6 ng. Two batches of illicitly added chemical drugs were detected from 11 batches using this method. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and rapid and can be used for the qualitative screening and quantitative determination of 12 sedative and sedative drugs illegally added in health food.
