同志们:这次全省节能工作会议是在我省能源供应极为紧张的形势下召开的,会议升了三天,今天就要结束了。会上,世震同志代表省政府作了报告,总结了几年来我省节能工作情况,提出了今后我省节能工作目标和主要措施;鞍山市政府、大连市经委、鞍山钢铁公司等十个单位介绍了节能工作经验;大家还针对我省当前能源的严峻形势和节能工作中存在的问题,讨论了五个方面的节能政
Comrades: The provincial energy conservation work conference was held under the extremely tense energy supply situation in our province. The meeting rose for three days and it will end today. At the meeting, Comrade Shi Zhen made a report on behalf of the provincial government, summed up the energy conservation work in our province over the past few years, and proposed the energy conservation goals and major measures in our province; ten units including Anshan Municipal Government, Dalian Economic Commission and Anshan Iron and Steel Company. The energy-saving work experience was introduced; we also discussed five areas of energy-saving policies in response to the current severe energy situation in our province and the problems in energy-saving work.
