ЦНИИ-Х3转向架的动力(走行)品质在很大程度上取决于摩擦减振器的工作能力。相对摩擦系数φ是摩擦减振器的功能参数,通常φ在8~10%的范围内。参数φ超出容许范围,作用在线路和车辆上的动负荷将增加,并出现减振器的参数故障。运用观察表明,减振器零件摩擦表面的磨耗是其主要毛病,ЦНИИ-Х3转向架减振器零件摩擦表面磨耗的综合指标用几何参数y表示,它确定了主摩擦楔块和摇枕的相互位置。减振器零件摩擦表面磨耗时尺寸链的组成环发生了变化(图1)。
ЦНИИ-Х3 bogie power (walking) quality depends largely on the friction absorber work capacity. The relative coefficient of friction φ is the functional parameter of the friction absorber, usually φ is in the range of 8 to 10%. The parameter φ is outside the allowable range, the dynamic load on the line and the vehicle will increase, and the parameter of the shock absorber will fail. The use of observations shows that the wear of the friction surface of the shock absorber parts is the main problem. The comprehensive index of friction surface wear of the shock absorber parts of the bogie is expressed by the geometric parameter y, which determines the interaction between the main friction wedge and the bolster position. Shock absorber parts friction surface wear dimensional chain component ring has changed (Figure 1).
