目的:探究风险管理对急诊科护理质量及满意度的影响。方法:浙江省湖州市中心医院自2014年5月在急诊科中实施风险管理,选取2014年1~4月急诊科收治的240例患者作为对照组,选取2014年5~8月急诊科收治的240例患者作为观察组。比较分析两组患者护理质量与满意度。结果:观察组患者护理质量及患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊科护理过程中采用风险管理,不仅能够有效提高护理质量,而且还能够提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To explore the impact of risk management on the quality and satisfaction of emergency department care. Methods: The Central Hospital of Huzhou, Zhejiang Province implemented risk management in the emergency department since May 2014 and selected 240 patients admitted to the emergency department from January to April 2014 as the control group. The patients admitted to the emergency department from May to August 2014 240 patients as observation group. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with quality of care and satisfaction. Results: The quality of care and patient satisfaction with nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Risk management in emergency department nursing can not only effectively improve nursing quality, but also improve patient satisfaction with nursing work.
