自主学习越来越引起学科教育研究领域的重视。有人甚至提出培养自主学习者是教育的根本目标。对于自主学习的研究可以追溯到本世纪70年代;而涉及自主学习教育思想的观念可以追溯到更久远。但是在我国目前的教育环境中,完全自主学习仍是我们理想中的教学目标。我国当前的社会和教育环境决定了自主学习在我国课堂教学中是有限的自主学习,当前的大学英语教学还是应以课堂教学为主,自主学习为辅,采取课堂教学、第二课堂与校外自主学习相结合的手段,分层次、分阶段地提高自主学习程度,逐渐实现完全的自主学习。
Autonomous learning has drawn more and more attention in the field of academic education. Someone even proposed that the cultivation of autonomous learners is the fundamental goal of education. The study of autonomous learning dates back to the 1970s; the notion of self-directed educational thought goes back to the more distant. However, in our present educational environment, complete self-study is still the teaching goal of our ideal. The current social and educational environment in our country determines that autonomous learning is a limited autonomous learning in classroom teaching in our country. At present, college English teaching should be based on classroom teaching and independent study supplemented. Classroom teaching, second class and extracurricular autonomy Learning a combination of means, at different levels, in stages to improve the degree of independent learning, and gradually achieve full autonomy.
