我局70年代中期从日本进口的750m~3/h链斗式挖泥船在承担某港35000t级泊位、港池及调头区的施工中,遇到粘性和附着力很强的土壤,泥土严重粘斗,而且经常由于泥阱中的泥滑不出而堵泥阱,图1为泥阱发生堵塞的现象。堵泥阱现象(以下简称堵阱现象)一旦发生即必须停机排除。由于泥土既硬又粘,清除非常困难,且浪费时间,清除堵阱的时间约为2h,最长的达6h,而且堵阱现象频繁发生,最多时8h内竟出现4次,严重影响
