长期接触镉最先受到损害的器官是肾脏,主要表现为肾小管的重吸收功能障碍。本文通过对镉作业工人进行尿镉、肾小管重吸收功能障碍的某些指标的测定,临床症状和体征的分析,探讨尿镉作为镉作业工人预防性生物学监测指标的价值。
Long-term exposure to cadmium is the first organ to be harmed by the kidneys, mainly manifested as renal tubular reabsorption dysfunction. In this paper, cadmium workers through the determination of some indicators of urinary cadmium, renal tubular reabsorption dysfunction, clinical symptoms and signs of analysis, to explore urinary cadmium cadmium workers as preventive biological monitoring of the value.
