成都生物所的科研人员从系统生态原理出发,对农作物秸秆和人畜粪便进行了多层次的转化利用试验,现已建立起两种利用模式:一是将农作物秸秆粉碎后,和麦麸、米糠、高粱壳等按比例配料培植平菇。菇渣代替部分配合饲料养猪,猪粪便入池产沼气,沼水、沼渣用作肥料或干发酵接种物;二是将农作物秸秆切短后与人畜粪便按比例混合加沼水入干发酵池产沼气,沼渣用来饲养黄鳝、蚯蚓等,蚯蚓又可用来饲养鸡等。此外,沼渣还可作肥料。试点证明,1公斤原料可获鲜平菇约1公斤,成都农村一沼气技术员移植此模式,1985年得益6000多元;用沼渣在庭院建池养黄鳝,每平方米水面投仔鳝2—3公斤,半年可增重1倍,捕获后无需再投仔
