端粒酶是一种能以自身RNA为模板逆转录合成端粒的核糖核酸酶,其激活可能是体细胞向肿瘤转变的关键步骤,是细胞癌变的早期事件。人端粒酶包括2个重要部分,即人端粒酶催化亚单位(hTERT)和人端粒酶RNA(hTERC)。研究揭示,hTERT和hTERC对维持端粒酶活性至关重要。发现端粒酶的活化、hTERT/hTERC的表达变化与宫颈癌的发生、发展有密切关系。开展三者在宫颈癌中的相关研究,将为宫颈癌早期筛查提供新思路和手段。
Telomerase is a kind of ribonuclease that reverse transcribes telomeres with its own RNA as a template. The activation of telomerase may be the key step of somatic cell transformation to tumor and an early event of cell carcinogenesis. Human telomerase includes two important parts, the human telomerase catalytic subunit (hTERT) and human telomerase RNA (hTERC). Research reveals that hTERT and hTERC are crucial for maintaining telomerase activity. Found that the activation of telomerase, hTERT / hTERC expression changes and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer are closely related. Carrying out the three related research in cervical cancer will provide new ideas and means for early screening of cervical cancer.
