眼球受到机械性外伤时,前葡萄膜血管可以发生破裂,血液进入前房,形成前房出血,高眼压.角膜血染等。对角膜血染,以往的传统治疗中难以奏效。笔者在潘氏启发下,试用依地酸钙钠(EDTA)静脉点滴及中医活血化淤法治疗一例角膜血染者,收到了满意的效果,报告如下:患者,男,25岁。1991年9月3日因不慎被发电机皮带击伤右眼,当即眼痛明显,视物模糊,次日视力丧失。曾在当地医院就医半个月,经行前房穿刺术,症状未获缓解,于9月18日入我院。检查:全身情况良好,远视力右眼“0”,左眼1.2,右眼部未见伤
