研制了一种适用于核电设备埋弧焊用烧结焊剂CHF703HR1,渣系为氟碱型CaF_2-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2,碱度为2.4。使用该焊剂配合焊丝CHW-SEF3HR1焊接18MND5钢板,工艺性能优良。在3种焊后热处理条件下,熔敷金属力学性能优异,熔敷金属扩散氢含量小于4.0mL/100g,完全满足设计要求。焊后热处理保温16h时,熔敷金属的综合性能达到最优值。
A kind of sintered flux CHF703HR1 for submerged arc welding of nuclear power equipment has been developed. The slag system is fluorinated alkali type CaF_2-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 with alkalinity of 2.4. The use of the flux with welding wire CHW-SEF3HR1 welding 18MND5 steel, excellent process performance. The mechanical properties of the deposited metal are excellent under the conditions of three kinds of post-weld heat treatment, and the diffusible hydrogen content of the deposited metal is less than 4.0 mL / 100g, which fully meets the design requirements. After welding heat treatment insulation 16h, the comprehensive performance of the deposited metal to achieve the optimal value.
