采用溶胶-凝胶法制备V2O5掺杂ZnFe2O4溶胶作为敏感试剂,通过浸渍-提拉法在锡掺杂玻璃光波导表面上制备V2O5掺杂ZnFe2O4复合薄膜,研制出V2O5掺杂ZnFe2O4复合薄膜/锡掺杂玻璃光波导气敏元件,对二甲苯、苯乙烯等挥发性有机气体进行检测。结果表明,该敏感元件对二甲苯气体具有较高的灵敏度、较好的重复性和选择性响应,能够检测到的最低气体浓度为1×10-6。该传感器具有灵敏度高、响应快、在室温下容易制备、结构简单等特点。
V2O5-doped ZnFe2O4 sol was prepared by sol-gel method as a sensitive reagent. V2O5-doped ZnFe2O4 composite films were prepared on the surface of tin-doped glass optical waveguides by impregnation-Czochralski method. Miscellaneous glass optical waveguide gas sensor, paraxylene, styrene and other volatile organic gases for testing. The results show that the sensitive element has higher sensitivity to xylene gas, better repeatability and selectivity, and the lowest gas concentration that can be detected is 1 × 10-6. The sensor has high sensitivity, fast response, easy preparation at room temperature, simple structure and so on.
