电阻点焊技术是白车身的重要连接方法。随着汽车行业的快速发展,汽车的发展已经难以满足民众的需求,这使得汽车行业需要不断改进技术,近几年汽车行业发展态势迅猛。本文主要从电阻点焊飞溅的影响因素,降低电阻点焊飞溅的工作流程方法来分析,目的是对现有的点焊飞溅问题进行分析,同时提出有效的解决办法。
Resistance spot welding technology is an important way to connect the body white. With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the development of automobiles has been difficult to meet the needs of the general public. This makes the automotive industry need to continuously improve its technology. In recent years, the automotive industry has enjoyed rapid development. This paper mainly analyzes the influencing factors of resistance spot welding splashing and the work flow method of reducing resistance spot welding splashing. The purpose is to analyze the existing spot welding splashing problems and propose effective solutions.
