本文报告了5例恶性脑膜瘤的CT 表现,其中合胞体型3例,移行型1例,成纤维型1例。病理检查均显示有丝分裂活跃,广泛坏死和周围脑质侵犯。增强前检查,等密度3例,高密度2例,其中1例有钙化。增强检查,非均一强化4例,显示肿瘤内有小的无强化区,余1例为均一强化。所有5例,肿瘤轮廓均不规则。2例无脑水肿。因此,CT表现与病理间有密切关系,虽检查不能显示有丝分裂活跃程度,但可反映出肿瘤内坏死和周围脑质侵犯,坏死表现为肿瘤内无强化区,而脑质侵犯则显 This article reports the CT findings of 5 cases of malignant meningiomas, including syncytial type in 3 cases, transitional type in 1 case and fibroblastic type in 1 case. Pathological examination showed active mitosis, extensive necrosis and peripheral brain involvement. Enhanced examination before, 3 cases of equal density, high density in 2 cases, of which 1 case of calcification.
