我院制剂室原来基础差,底子薄,设备简陋,人员素质差,管理十分混乱。1981年后,狠抓整纯和改革,在各方面部有了新的起色。加强了生产管理,经济管理和质量管理,建立健全了岗位责任制和各项规章制度,取得了好成绩。其主要体会是:1.医院、支部和科室领导重视,大力支持改革。年初,制剂室与医院签订了实行单独核算的经济承包责任制合同;并与室内个人签订了工作岗位责任制合同。个人对班组负责,班组对科室负责,科室对医院负责;主任定期抽查,促进了各项工作指标的完成。2.实行奖勤罚懒,奖优罚劣,拉开奖金差距,消
