随着网络和科技的不断发展,全球经济一体化趋势不断加强,如何实现资本便捷而又自由的流动成为时代的发展需要。所以在经济发展上,经济金融化正在逐渐被金融证券化发展趋势所取代。金融证劵化因其直接性、流动性而更适应当前时代社会经济一体化发展的趋势。我国金融证券化发展时间相较于西方发达国家比较短,在金融证劵化发展上还面临着许多问题。本文从金融证券化的现实背景以及金融证券化发展趋势出发,来简单探讨一下我国金融证券化的发展方向,并就这一发展方向提出一些建议和思考。
With the continuous development of internet and technology, the trend of global economic integration has been continuously strengthened. How to realize the convenient and free flow of capital has become the development needs of the times. Therefore, in economic development, economic financialization is gradually being replaced by the trend of financial securitization. Due to its immediacy and liquidity, financial securities securitization is more suitable to the trend of socio-economic integration in the current era. Compared with the developed countries in the West, the development time of financial securitization in our country is relatively short, and there are still many problems in the development of the financial securities securitization. This article starts from the realistic background of financial securitization and the development tendency of financial securitization to briefly discuss the development direction of our country’s financial securitization and puts forward some suggestions and thoughts on this direction of development.
