本研究对疑似患有溶血性曼氏杆菌的病羊肺组织进行病原分离,并对分离菌株进行生化反应、动物致病性试验、PCR鉴定和药敏试验。结果表示,分离菌株为革兰阴性短杆菌且具有较强的致病性,经生化试验和PCR鉴定为溶血性曼氏杆菌,该分离菌株对大部分抗菌药物敏感,对红霉素和庆大霉素、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶耐药。本研究为溶血性曼氏杆菌病选择合理、正确的抗菌药物提供了一定的科学依据,并为进一步研究其耐药机制奠定了基础。
In this study, pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the lungs of susceptible lambs with hemolytic leptospirosis, and biochemical reactions, animal pathogenicity tests, PCR identification and drug susceptibility tests were performed on the isolated strains. The results showed that the isolated strain was Gram-negative Brevibacterium and has a strong pathogenicity, biochemical tests and PCR identification of hemolytic Leuconostoc bacteria, the isolation of strains sensitive to most of the antibiotics, erythromycin and Qingda Mycophenolate, sulfamonomethoxine resistance. This study provides a scientific basis for the selection of reasonable and correct antibacterial drugs for Hemolytic Leberi disease, and lays the foundation for further study of its drug resistance mechanism.
