本文介绍一种微机控制的全数字化经济型变频调速器,其控制电路采用SPWM大规模专用集成电路HEF4752与8031单片机联合控制的全数字化结构。其输出功率只由大功率晶体管(GTR)功率模块决定。由于采用专用集成电路和单片机进行联合控制,使控制系统结构简单,调节灵活方便,易于进行功能提高扩展。其输出三相交流频率在2~50Hz内连续可调,其输出频率误差理论值小于0.5Hz。本文重点介绍控制系统的硬件及软件部分,并给出SPWM的实验波型。
This article introduces a computer-controlled all-digital economy frequency converter, the control circuit uses SPWM large-scale integrated circuits HEF4752 and 8031 microcontroller jointly controlled all-digital structure. Its output power is only determined by the high-power transistor (GTR) power module. As the use of integrated circuits and microcontrollers for joint control, the control system structure is simple, flexible and convenient adjustment, easy to expand the function to improve. The output of three-phase AC frequency in 2 ~ 50Hz continuously adjustable, the theoretical output frequency error is less than 0.5Hz. This article focuses on the control system hardware and software part, and gives the SPWM experimental waveforms.
