本文应用遗传毒理学检测系统之一——哺乳类动物细胞染色体畸变,对四种临床常用的抗包虫化疗药物致变性作了比较研究。结果:四种抗包虫化疗药物所致染色体畸变率由大至小依次为甲苯咪唑(MBZ)、氟苯咪唑(FBZ)、吡喹酮(PZQ)及丙硫咪唑(ABZ)。其中只有甲苯咪唑所致染色体畸变率高于阳性对照组,为致变阳性;其余三者均无肯定致变性。根据我们的实验结果并结合文献报道,建议在包虫病的治疗中以首选丙硫咪唑为佳,尽量避免应用甲苯咪唑。
In this paper, one of the genotoxicity detection system - chromosome aberration in mammalian cells was used to compare the four commonly used anti-hydatid drug chemotherapeutic agents. Results: The chromosome aberration rates of four anti-hydatid drugs were as follows: MBZ, FBZ, PZQ and ABZ. Only mebendazole induced chromosome aberration rate higher than the positive control group, for the mutagenic positive; the remaining three are not necessarily induced degeneration. According to our experimental results combined with the literature, it is recommended that the preferred choice of albendazole in the treatment of hydatid disease is better, try to avoid the application of mebendazole.
