呼吸机相关性肺炎指机械通气过程中发生的院内获得性肺炎,其为机械通气的主要并发症,病死率较高。2002年1~9月,我们对28例患者实施机械通气,其中6例发生呼吸机相关性肺炎,现对其病因及预防进行讨论。 临床资料:6例患者中,男5例,女1例,年龄46~72岁,平均55岁。重度颅脑外伤1例,脑出血3例,阻塞性肺气肿并呼吸衰竭2例,分别抽血查动脉血气指标:二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)>6.65kPa(50mmHg),氧分压(PaO_2)<8kPa(60mmHg),pH7.25。以上结果显示均有机体缺氧、二氧化碳潴留和酸碱失衡表现。给患者实施呼吸机机械通气,采用容量
Ventilator-associated pneumonia refers to nosocomial pneumonia that occurs during mechanical ventilation and is a major complication of mechanical ventilation with a high case-fatality rate. From January to September 2002, we conducted mechanical ventilation in 28 patients, of which 6 patients developed ventilator-associated pneumonia. The etiology and prevention of these patients were discussed. Clinical data: 6 patients, 5 males and 1 female, aged 46 to 72 years, mean 55 years. 1 case of severe traumatic brain injury, 3 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage, 2 cases of obstructive pulmonary emphysema and respiratory failure, blood gas was drawn for arterial blood gas examination: PaCO_2> 6.65kPa (50mmHg), PaO2, <8 kPa (60 mmHg), pH7.25.
