提出了一种基于相间电压幅值比较和电流比较的TV断线检测方法。该方法利用了TV在不同接法中线电压幅值的最大值与最小值的比值及相应电流的检测,对TV一、二次侧断线相别进行判断。该判据适用于三相三线制中V形接线和三相四线制中Y形接线的TV两侧断线检测。投入配变监控终端的现场运行结果证实了判据的可靠性和实用性。
A TV break detection method based on phase voltage amplitude comparison and current comparison is proposed. The method utilizes the ratio between the maximum value and the minimum value of TV line voltage amplitude in different connection methods and the corresponding current detection to judge the phase difference between TV primary and secondary sides. The criterion applies to the three-phase three-wire V-shaped wiring and three-phase four-wire Y-shaped TV line both sides of the break detection. The result of on-site operation of the distribution transformer monitoring terminal confirms the reliability and practicability of the criterion.
