含铅易切削钢中铅的测定,国内多年来采用氰化钾-双硫腙比色法,但双硫腙见光易分解,氰化钾剧毒。因此,有必要寻找无毒害、准确、简易、快速可行的含铅钢中铅的测定方法,我们在厦门大学化学系的帮助下用75—3A型快速极谱仪和汞膜电极测定含铅易切削银亮棒中的铅。试样用1:1盐酸溶解,溶液中三价铁离子和溶解氧用抗坏血酸还原以消除其影响。这样不需经过分离手续即可进行测定,一个试样在几分钟内完成。
