文章研究了微波组合工艺、热水解、臭氧3种预处理工艺对污泥厌氧消化强化效果。结果表明:微波组合工艺、热水解、臭氧3种预处理方法均可促使剩余污泥释放大量的SCOD,分别为原污泥的13.99倍,24.50倍和6.45倍,其中溶解性蛋白质分别比原污泥增加了31.21倍,38.83倍和8.17倍,多糖分别增长了28.60,28.18,6.45倍,污泥的SCOD/TCOD由原污泥的0.01分别提高到0.20,0.36,0.11。经过30天BMP实验,相对于对照组(原污泥),微波、热水解、臭氧预处理污泥的产气量分别为原污泥的2.11倍,2.86倍、1.64倍,有机物分解率分别为26.38%,39.28%和25.01%,高于原污泥的19.25%。污泥预处理工艺对于污泥溶胞效果及厌氧消化有良好的促进作用。
The article studied the microwave combination process, thermal hydrolysis, ozone pretreatment process of three kinds of sludge anaerobic digestion strengthening effect. The results showed that three kinds of pretreatment methods, such as microwave combined process, pyrolysis and ozone preconditioning, could promote the release of a large amount of SCOD from the residual sludge, which were 13.99 times, 24.50 times and 6.45 times that of the original sludge respectively, The sludge increased by 31.21 times, 38.83 times and 8.17 times, polysaccharides increased by 28.60,28.18,6.45 times respectively. The SCOD / TCOD of sludge increased from 0.01 to 0.20,0.36,0.11 respectively. After 30 days of BMP experiment, compared with the control group (original sludge), the gas production of sludge by microwave, thermal hydrolysis and ozone pretreatment were 2.11 times, 2.86 times and 1.64 times that of the original sludge respectively, and the organic matter decomposition rates were 26.38%, 39.28% and 25.01% respectively, higher than 19.25% of the original sludge. Sludge pretreatment process for the sludge lysis effect and anaerobic digestion have a good role in promoting.
