对具有圆形匹配台阶和圆形铁氧体样品的H 面波导Y 结环行器进行了计算机辅助分析(CAA)和计算机辅助设计(CAD)。CAA 以全波分析为基础,包括了在实际的H 面波导结中各种可能存在的模式,分析是完备的。CAD是通过计算波导结的相对输入阻抗随各设计参数的变化规律进行的。因为设计参数繁多和场型的三维结构,直接计算环行器性能已较困难,对其优化就更为麻烦。本文首先计算无大匹配台阶的中心结阻抗特性,再由此综合出外匹配电路。环行器的最后性能可由中心结结合匹配台阶一起计算验证之。此外,本文模型不仅包括了濎濜波长变换器的大台阶,还包括了该台阶上与铁氧体样品同直径的小台阶
Computer-aided analysis (CAA) and computer-aided design (CAD) were performed on the H-plane waveguide Y-junction circulator with circular matching steps and round ferrite samples. The CAA is based on full-wave analysis and includes a variety of possible modes in an actual H-plane waveguide junction. The analysis is complete. CAD is calculated by calculating the relative input impedance of the waveguide junction with the variation of the design parameters. Because of the numerous design parameters and the three-dimensional structure of the field type, it is more difficult to directly calculate the performance of the circulator, and to optimize it. In this paper, we first calculate the center junction impedance characteristic of a large matching step, and then integrate the external matching circuit. The final performance of the circulator can be verified by combining the center knot with the matching step. In addition, the model in this paper not only includes a large step of the 濎 濜 wavelength converter, but also includes a small step of the same diameter of the step as the ferrite sample
