近年来随着教育信息化及教师专业化理念的不断深入,对教师专业发展相关的研究也越来越重视。中小学信息技术教师是实现教育信息化的中坚力量,中小学信息技术教师专业发展,很大程度上影响着教育信息化的前进步伐。为了尽快提升中小学信息技术教师的素质和能力,促进教师的专业发展,本文对我国中小学信息技术教师专业发展的研究现状进行了简要回顾,包含中小学信息技术教师专业知识和能力的研究,专业发展阶段研究,发展途径研究,影响教师专业发展的因素以及教师现状及改进策略研究等五个方面。通过对研究内容的深度剖析,提出了对未来中小学教师专业发展的几点建议。
In recent years, with the deepening of education informationization and teachers’ professionalism, more attention has been paid to the research on teacher professional development. Information technology teachers in primary and secondary schools is the backbone of the implementation of education informationization. The professional development of IT teachers in primary and secondary schools has greatly influenced the progress of education informationization. In order to enhance the quality and ability of information technology teachers in primary and secondary schools as soon as possible and to promote the professional development of teachers, this paper briefly reviews the research status of information technology teachers’ professional development in primary and secondary schools in our country, including the research on the professional knowledge and ability of information technology teachers in primary and secondary schools, Research on professional development stage, research on ways of development, factors that affect the professional development of teachers and teachers’ current situation and strategies for improvement. Through in-depth analysis of the content of the study, put forward some suggestions on the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in the future.
