目的:探讨高频彩超对乳腺良恶肿块的鉴别诊断价值。方法:于2015年1月到2016年5月间,在我院选择经手术病理检查确诊的50例乳腺肿块患者作为研究对象,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对所有患者进行高频彩超检测,统计分析高频彩超对乳腺良恶肿块的鉴别诊断效果。结果:50例患者手术病理检查确诊良性肿块32例,恶性肿块18例,采取高频超声诊断出良性肿块30例,恶性肿块20例,诊断准确率为96.0%。恶性肿块患者形态不规则率、无包膜率、边界模糊率、钙化率、内部回声不均匀率、肿块纵横比与良性肿瘤相比明显较高,P<0.05。高频彩超诊断恶性肿块存在血流率、RI明显高于良性肿块,P<0.05。结论:高频彩超鉴别诊断乳腺良恶肿块效果显著,可推广运用。
Objective: To explore the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast mass. Methods: From January 2015 to May 2016, 50 cases of breast masses diagnosed by pathological examination in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The clinical data of all the patients were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were treated with high frequency Color Doppler ultrasound detection, statistical analysis of high frequency ultrasound on the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast mass. Results: Thirty-two cases of benign and 18 malignant tumors were diagnosed by pathological examination in 50 cases. Thirty cases of benign mass and 20 malignant mass were diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasonography. The diagnostic accuracy was 96.0%. Malignant tumor patients with irregular shape, non-enveloped rate, borderline fuzzy rate, calcification rate, internal echo non-uniformity rate, tumor aspect ratio was significantly higher than benign tumors, P <0.05. High-frequency ultrasound diagnosis of malignant tumor blood flow rate, RI was significantly higher than the benign mass, P <0.05. Conclusion: High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast mass effect is significant and can be extended to use.
