目的 :观察联用血塞通注射液和降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 :62例急性脑梗死患者随机分为 2组。西医组 ( 3 1例 )给予降纤酶 (东菱克栓酶 ) 10 U加入生理盐水 10 0 m l静滴 ,每日 1次 ,3日后改为降纤酶5 U加生理盐水 10 0 m l静滴 ,每日 1次 ,治疗 2日。中西医结合组 ( 3 1例 )在西医组治疗基础上加用血塞通注射液 4 0 0 mg加生理盐水 2 5 0 m l静滴 ,每日 1次 ,共 10日。此外 ,2组均给予降压、控制血糖、抗感染等治疗。治疗前后均测定脑血流量、脑电图、血液流变性等。结果 :治疗 2周后 ,中西医结合组和西医组总有效率分别为96.8%和 67.7% ,2组有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。 2组脑血流量、脑电图和血液流变性虽均明显改善 ,但以中西医结合组为佳。结论 :血塞通注射液联合降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死疗效优于单用降纤酶
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Xuesaitong injection and defibrase on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Sixty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Western medicine group (31 cases) given fibrinolytic enzyme (Dong Ling Ke bolt enzyme) 10 U added saline 10 0 intravenous infusion once a day, after 3 days to defibrase 5 U plus saline 10 0 ml static Drop, 1 day, treatment 2. Integrative Medicine Group (31 cases) on the basis of Western medicine treatment plus Xuesaitong injection 400 mg intravenous infusion of normal saline 250 ml once daily for 10 days. In addition, both groups were given antihypertensive, blood sugar control, anti-infection and other treatment. Before and after treatment were measured cerebral blood flow, EEG, hemorheology and so on. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the combination of TCM and WM was 96.8% and 67.7% respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). 2 groups of cerebral blood flow, electroencephalogram and hemorheology although significantly improved, but better combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group. Conclusion: Xuesaitong injection combined with defibrase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is better than single defibrase
