2005年8月,深圳大学当代中国政治研究所主办了“城市社区公共治理国际学术研讨会”。会议探讨了有关城市社区业主委员会维权行为的动因和表现、城市社区居委会选举问题、社区治理和党政建设的关系问题、城市社区管理体制改革问题、城市社区自治的条件和平衡等议题。以下是本刊记者对本次会议中关于建立民主自治型社区的发言摘编。
In August 2005, the Contemporary Chinese Political Institute of Shenzhen University hosted the International Symposium on Urban Community Public Governance. The meeting discussed topics such as the motivation and performance of the urban community owners committee’s rights protection, the election of urban neighborhood committees, the relationship between community governance and party building, the reform of urban community management system and the conditions and balance of urban community autonomy.
