矿石中硫的测定方法,一般低硫用燃烧法,高硫用硫酸(金具)重量法。部颁标准“铁矿和锰矿化学分析法”中,亦曾提到燃烧法适用于0.2%以下合硫量的矿石。用重量法测定矿石中高含量的硫,虽然准确性高,但操作手续繁,工效低,成本高。我所在进行铜铅锌选矿试验中,由于有大量含硫量由1%~50%的选矿样品,需要作硫的分析,如用重量法测定,则跟不上选矿进度,为了按时提出试验报告,作者曾进行了用燃烧法测定矿石中高含量硫的试验。实践证明,只要掌握一定条件,用燃烧法测定矿石中高含量的流,是能得到满意的结果的。
