目的分析2009-2014年西青区动物咬伤暴露人群的流行病学特征,为更好的控制狂犬病提供依据。方法收集西青区疾控中心动物咬伤门诊处置的暴露人员的基本情况,以及暴露的流行病学特征。结果 2009年7月-2014年6月,西青区动物咬伤门诊共处置动物咬伤暴露人员13 644例,男女比为1.58:1,致伤人数最多的为20~50岁,致伤时间集中在夏季,接近一半为在自己家中致伤,致伤部位主要为下肢和手,只有39.3%的人能够在就诊之前自行在家中对伤口进行消毒处理,有78.7%的患者能够在致伤24 h之内到医疗部门就诊。结论 2009-2014年西青区动物致伤患者数量呈逐年下降趋势,但暴露后对伤口的及时处置率很低,今后要加强宣传教育,使人们掌握伤口消毒的基本方法,能够在受伤后第一时间对伤口进行消毒。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of animal bites exposed in Xiqing District from 2009 to 2014 so as to provide a basis for better control of rabies. Methods The basic situation of exposed personnel in animal bites outpatient treatment in Xiqing District CDC and the epidemiological characteristics of exposure were collected. Results From July 2009 to June 2014, a total of 13 644 animal bites were exposed to animal bites in Xiqing District. The ratio of male to female was 1.58: 1, the highest number of injuries was 20 to 50 years old. The time of injury Concentrating on the summer, nearly half of them were injured in their own homes. The main injuries were mainly the lower extremities and hands. Only 39.3% of them were able to disinfect their wounds at home before visiting the doctor. 78.7% of the patients were injured h to the medical department. Conclusion The number of animal injuries in Xiqing District decreased gradually from 2009 to 2014, but the rate of timely treatment of wounds after exposure was very low.
