测量A0纯铝在去离子水中的极化曲线用来模拟反应堆池壳的点蚀。研究表明:A0纯铝在去离子水中很容易钝化。实验中用美国EG&G普林斯顿应用研究公司生产的273型恒电位/恒电流仪测量模拟孔电位,极化曲线表明:模拟腐蚀坑处于钝化状态,即便是氧化膜破裂,腐蚀坑也发展得很慢。用pH计测量孔中pH的变化,并得到其工作曲线,此曲线表明:带有氧化膜的点蚀坑坑内存在明显的酸化现象。并对A0铝池壳的服务寿命进行了估计。
Polarization curves of A0 pure aluminum in deionized water were measured to simulate pitting corrosion in the reactor cell shell. Studies have shown that: A0 pure aluminum in deionized water is very easy passivation. In the experiment, the simulated hole potential was measured by 273 constant potential / galvanostat produced by Princeton Applied Research Company of America. Polarization curves showed that the simulated corrosion pits were passivated and even the oxide film was broken, the corrosion pits also developed very slowly . The change of pH in the pores was measured with a pH meter and the working curve was obtained. This curve shows that there is a significant acidification phenomenon in the pitting pit with the oxide film. The service life of A0 aluminum shell was estimated.
