目的评价Amplatzer动脉导管未闭封堵器在非动脉导管未闭心血管疾病中的临床应用价值。方法1998年5月至今,采用Amplatzer动脉导管未闭封堵器治疗非动脉导管未闭心血管疾病共13例,其中肺动静脉瘘7例、主动脉右窦破入右心室3例、冠状动脉瘘2例、左锁骨下动脉近段假性动脉瘤1例。介入治疗前、后均行超声心动图或/和心血管造影检查。结果13例操作技术全部成功,除1例发生一过性冠状动脉气栓外,余无并发症发生。结论Amplatzer动脉导管未闭封堵器应用于一些非动脉导管未闭疾病的介入治疗安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Amplatzer patent ductus arteriosus closure device in patients with non-patent ductus arteriosus. Methods From May 1998 to the present, 13 cases of non-patent ductus arteriosus cardiovascular disease were treated with Amplatzer patent ductus arteriosus occlusion device. Among them, 7 cases of pulmonary arteriovenous fistula, 3 cases of right atrium of right atrium and 3 cases of right coronary artery 2 cases of fistula and 1 case of pseudoaneurysm of the left subclavian artery. Before and after interventional therapy, echocardiography and / or cardiovascular imaging were performed. Results All the 13 cases of operation technique were successful. Except one case of transient coronary artery thrombosis, no complications occurred. Conclusion The Amplatzer patent ductus arteriosus device is safe and effective for the interventional treatment of some non-patent ductus arteriosus diseases.
