操纵系统钢索的故障形式包括腐蚀、磨损、卡阻、断裂等,由于操纵系统关系航空器的姿态和航向,特别是关键阶段保持航空器姿态尤显重要,而一旦操纵钢索出现故障,将影响操纵力的传递,舵面有可能无法偏转到预期的位置,航空器的姿态或航向将偏离目标,严重时,将导致航空器失去控制。本文从钢索测试检测与分析、钢索载荷和应力两个方面进行了详细描述,得出了航空器操纵系统钢索失效的相关结论,旨在抛砖引玉。
