近几年在大力推进我国高等教育管理制度改革的创新研究中,许多高校已形成一套严谨、规范、可操作和易评估的体系和模式。但由于教育管理制度、方式和行为的渐进性特征,加上我国教育发展的历史因素,结合现实国情,造成现行高等教育管理制度更多的是对管理对象的约束和规范,缺乏一种宽松开放式的教学环境。
In recent years, in promoting innovation in the reform of China’s higher education management system, many colleges and universities have formed a rigorous, standardized, operational and easy-to-assess system and model. However, due to the gradual characteristics of the educational management system, methods and behaviors, combined with the historical factors of our country’s educational development and the actual conditions of our country, the current management system of higher education is more restricted and regulated by the management object and lacks an open and liberal Teaching environment.
