一种储存在软件包、可用于重选过程模拟的摇床模型正在研究中。本文主要介绍模型的总体结构及如何将它储存于软件包中。摇床中的分选过程受一系列操作参数的影响。研究模型时对这些参数的重要程度作了讨论。对冲洗水、矿浆浓度、床面倾角、床面冲程及给矿量的影响进行了论述。对模型的结构进行了讨论,它是以特定粒度与比重的物料排至既定排矿点的概率为基础的。提出了操作参数变化对粒度与比重分布影响的数学关系。对这些函数在预报摇床操作时的应用作了概述。
A shaker model stored in a software package that can be used to simulate reselection processes is under study. This article focuses on the overall structure of the model and how to store it in a package. The sorting process in the shaker is affected by a series of operating parameters. The importance of these parameters is discussed in the study model. The effects of flushing water, pulp concentration, bed inclination, bed stroke and ore quantity were discussed. The structure of the model is discussed. It is based on the probability of material with a specific particle size and specific gravity discharging to a given discharge point. The mathematical relationship between the variation of operating parameters and the distribution of specific gravity is proposed. The applications of these functions in forecasting shaker operation are summarized.
