苏维埃俄国派往中国的全权代表越飞对于苏俄的孙中山和国民党政策有何重大影响?与中国的黄埔军校有何干系?学界虽然早有某种判断,但长期以来,苦于查无实据,更缺乏第一手资料,而语焉不详、不清。笔者谨利用本人于1992年上半年亲自在俄罗斯外交部历史档案管理局查阅搜集的1991年底解密而未经正式公布的档案原件拷贝,主要是俄共中央政治局及外交人民委员会与其驻华全权代表越飞等之间的内部往来信函,揭示当时苏俄对孙中山及其领导的国民党政策的内幕,其中包括帮助国民党建立军校的酝酿和决策情况。
