针对长期存在的到馆率和图书借阅率不断下降的图书馆危机,从已有的应对危机的经验和研究成果入手,综述了增加图书馆网点、建设数字资源等应对危机的对策,并对近年来我国关于泛在图书馆的研究成果进行了汇总和分析。在数据整理和分析的基础上提出,在泛在图书馆的研究方面,忽略了泛在图书馆所处的环境,以及该环境下所产生的信息需求的关注;进而提出应该将泛在知识环境作为泛在图书馆的生存环境,将泛在学习作为泛在知识环境下的最具特色的信息行为,从而提出在知识环境中的泛在图书馆的角色应该是知识单元的提供者和知识单元与文献单元需求的衔接者。
Aiming at the long-existing library crisis with decreasing attendance rate and library borrowing rate, this paper starts with the existing experience and research results of crisis response, and reviews the measures to deal with the crisis such as increasing library outlets and building digital resources. Came to our country on the ubiquitous library research results were summarized and analyzed. On the basis of data collation and analysis, we put forward that in the research of ubiquitous libraries, we ignore the environment in ubiquitous libraries and the concerns about the information needs generated in the ubiquitous libraries. Then we put forward that ubiquitous knowledge environment As the living environment of ubiquitous library, ubiquitous learning is the most characteristic information behavior under the environment of ubiquitous knowledge. Therefore, the role of ubiquitous library in knowledge environment should be the provider and unit of knowledge unit Link to the needs of the literature unit.
