我国燃煤锅炉长期以来处于耗煤量大、热效率低、烟尘排放超标的状态,为彻底改变现状,由机械工业部、上海市机电工业管理局于1984年向我厂下达了从丹麦沃伦公司引进角管式锅炉新技术项目,为我厂开发高效、节能的新型锅炉,开拓了思路。角管式锅炉具有以往一般锅炉所不可比拟的一些特点,该锅炉具有独特的水循环系统、蒸汽品质好,产汽比较迅速,负荷适应性强,结构上采用膜式水冷壁、旗式受热面等结构,整个锅炉用大口径下降管支承。这样一来,锅炉密封性能好,又可省略传统的钢架结构,金属耗量可大为减少,运行效率可比一般锅炉
