组合模板中的钢管支柱,主要用于大梁或楼板等水平模板的垂直支撑。其构造形式见图1,所使用的材料为牌号Q235钢。在使用荷载的作用下,钢管支柱可能出现以下破坏状态:(1)因抗压强度不够而破坏;(2)因失稳而破坏;(3)因插销抗剪强度不够而破坏;(4)因插销处的钢管壁端面承压强度不够而破坏。在施工实践中,当插管伸至最长时,受力最不利。此时以第二种破坏形式最为普遍,它常常是控制设计的条件。下面根据现行有关规范的要求,介绍钢管支柱的计算方法。
